I work with adults seeking support for a diverse set of reasons including anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions, stress, fertility or perinatal challenges, emotional dysregulation, and other longstanding or recurrent difficulties.

My therapy approach combines psychodynamic psychotherapy with practical cognitive-behavioral (CBT) skills, helping you both deepen your insight to create lasting change and strengthen your day-to-day coping. As a psychiatrist, I can also integrate medication management into treatment if and when it is indicated to help support your wellbeing.
