Welcome to my Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Practice

Are you hoping to better understand yourself, break out of unhelpful patterns, or feel more seen in your relationships? Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, or overwhelm. Others are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or family strain. Many are longing for safety, recognition, understanding, intimacy, and/or connection. My goal is to try and help you with the worries that get in the way of what you want and need.

I work with adults seeking support for a diverse set of reasons including anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions, stress, fertility or perinatal challenges, emotional dysregulation, and other longstanding or recurrent difficulties.

My therapy approach consists of psychodynamic psychotherapy, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and psychoanalysis, which are depth oriented therapies in which we meet once, twice, or three to five times a week, respectively. As a psychiatrist, I can also integrate medication management into treatment if and when it is indicated to help support your wellbeing.

If you are interested in learning more or talking, feel free to schedule an intro call on the “Contact Me” page, or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you.
